About

As you explore, your guide will be by your side, pointing out the treasures of the landscape—delicate wildflowers peeking through the undergrowth, the green of mosses carpeting the forest floor, or the telltale scratch marks on trees where bears have foraged. Keep your eyes open for signs of wildlife, from the soft tracks of a lynx in the mud to the distant, fleeting silhouette of a caribou moving through the brush. You might even find the shed antlers of moose or caribou, blending into the tundra grasses like relics of the wilderness.

The journey is not just about what you see but what you experience. Your guide will help you identify edible berries like crowberries or the famous wild Alaskan blueberries, and you might even get a taste of Alaskan nature. Feel the crunch of lichen underfoot as you ascend to higher ground, where panoramic views of surrounding peaks and sweeping valleys await, offering a sense of true solitude and wonder.

Whether you’re looking for a short, family-friendly hike or an all-day adventure, we’ll tailor the journey to fit your group’s needs. This is your opportunity to step away from the crowds and dive into the area outside Denali with the wild beauty on your own terms, with the flexibility to customize every aspect of the adventure.

For those seeking more, we can even arrange multi-day backpacking trips that take you deep into Alaska’s pristine wilderness, for a truly immersive experience.
