Roman Vacations is offering a chance for you and your family to design a completely personal half day experience during your vacation in Rome. We understand that you may be overwhelmed by the planning that goes into a vacation in Rome, and we want to make things as easy as possible for you. We can incorporate visits to the major sites such as the Colosseum and The Vatican as well as more off-the-beaten-path sites, including cafes, restaurants and museums. To get started you will begin with booking a 30 minute consultation phone call here for a time that is the most convenient for you. The Consultation call fee will be deducted from the price of your experience if you choose to officially book it.

During your consultation call we will get to know you, what your interests are and what you would like to do and see while you are in Rome. We will also offer any advice or help with your visit in general on top of designing your tour. If you’re struggling with which neighborhood is best to book your hotel, whether you should opt for a hotel or a vacation apartment, how to get there from the airport, even how to exchange your money when you arrive, we can help answer these and any other questions you may have about visiting Rome.

Once you have told us how you would like to set up your experience and chosen your preferred time frame, we will take the time to hand select the best professional, local guide for you and begin designing your tour experience. We will have your guide contact you and communicate with you to get things just right and develop a relationship that will make your day more personal and pleasant. This will also help your guide to be able to adjust to things on the fly if for any reason parts of your itinerary have unforeseen closures or hour changes. You may even wish to invite your guide to enjoy a meal or a snack with you and pick their brain about the wonders of Rome.
