We begin with a thorough review of breathing techniques and safety protocols. Then we don our wetsuits and hop in the pool to practice everything from the basics of mask clearings, surface safety procedures, duck dives, and emergency protocols. When we go to the ocean for your Certification Dives, we also review exits/entries, before testing your skills to a minimum of 10m (33') and up to a maximum of 20m (66').

This is your opportunity to get acquainted with this sport and comfortable underwater so that you can properly enjoy yourself out in the open ocean. We hope that you continue to train and enjoy freediving as much as we do, by joining us for Line Diving Sessions, Pool Trainings, and more advanced courses such as FD Level 2, and U/W Hunting & Fishing.
