About This Adventure

Experience the thrill of fly fishing on the serene Saco River, targeting striped bass in an intimate setting for just one or two guests. Guided by expert Captains Shawn or Robin, this private charter promises a memorable adventure, uncovering the hidden gems of Maine's coastal beauty. All ages welcome!

Experience Coastal Maine Fly Fishing

Head out on the Saco River at the perfect time to land striped bass on the calm waters.

Also a unique way to experience Maine and discover the hidden secrets of the Saco Bay. An intimate setting of no more than 2 for a full 2 hours. Have fun and create memories that will last a life time!

This Experience is on a bass boat with just Captain Shawn or Captain Robin. Both are very skilled Maine guides with lots of fly fishing experience.

All ages are welcome

Private Charter

Each tour is a private charter welcoming 1 to 2 guests per boat.

Boat Departures

Up to 2 departures a day Monday through Saturdays at the times stated below.

  • 5/24 to 7/5/25 - 4:30am & 6:00pm
  • 7/6 to 8/3/25 - 5:00am & 6:30pm
  • 8/4 to 9/6/25 - 5:30am & 6:30pm

We also customize dates and times. Please contact us to arrange your special outing.

There are typically 2 options for the pickup location, Saco and Biddeford. The default pickup location is the Saco Pier. If you are coming from the Kennebunks or Biddeford, the Biddeford pickup location will save about 20 minutes drive time each way. The additional fee for this pickup is shown in the booking process.

Gratuity

Pricing does not include gratuity. Gratuity is optional and is similar to tipping in other service industries such as in a restaurant or spa. Gratuity can be added to a credit card, VENMO or cash. The crew appreciates any gratuity you elect to provide.
