Recommended gear

Comfortable walking shoes: Provides traction on steep, uneven alleys and stone steps in Positano and Amalfi.
Sun hat and sunscreen: Coastal sun is strong during midday—protect your skin and eyes during open‑air viewpoints.
Refillable water bottle: Keeps you hydrated during hours of walking and transfers; many stops have refilling points.
Light rain layer: Spring and autumn showers can be sudden; a packable shell prevents a wet afternoon.
