Adventure tips

Book morning departuresMornings usually have flatter seas and fewer day-boat crowds, improving comfort and visibility for swimming and sightseeing.

Bring motion-sickness remediesIf you’re prone to seasickness, take medication before boarding and stay on deck where you can focus on the horizon.

Protect electronicsUse a waterproof phone case or dry bag—spray and splashes are frequent when navigating close to grottoes and cliffs.

Plan cash for small purchasesSome seaside cafés and mooring fees still prefer cash for quick purchases or tips to the crew.

Recommended gear

Non-slip deck shoes: Provide secure footing on wet surfaces and during boarding.
Sunscreen (SPF 30+): Protects against strong Mediterranean sun during long exposures on deck.
Light windbreaker: Blocks spray and cooling breezes that pick up offshore.
Waterproof phone case or dry bag: Keeps electronics and documents dry during anchoring and grotto visits.
