Note - This tour is fully outdoors and guests will need to prepare for any weather conditions.
Guests should arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to tour start time Guests under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.
Please park in the lower main lot at the end of the driveway past the house. Please do not park in the two spaces reserved for wildlife patient drop-offs in the lower lot. If there is no parking available, the spaces up in front of the house may also be used. An Education Staff Member or Volunteer will meet you in the lower lot at the Information Kiosk at the time of your tour.
Close-toed footwear is mandatory during the encounter portions for your safety and the animals’ well-being.
Guests should arrive no more than 10 minutes before the tour and check in at the lower parking lot kiosk.
Tours are fully outdoors; bring rain gear or sun protection depending on the forecast.
Clothes or shoes previously worn around waterfowl or farm animals are prohibited to prevent disease spread to raptors.
