Private 3-Hour Whirlyball Rental in Novi — Courts & Lounge for Groups Up to 40

Spend three high-energy hours on a polished indoor court at Whirlyball in Novi, Michigan. This private group rental gives you exclusive use of one of two courts and the attached room for up to forty people, turning a company outing, family celebration, or team night into a nonstop, kinetic experience. Whirlyball combines bumper-car driving with scoop-style passing and goal scoring that plays like basketball crossed with lacrosse, producing fast, physical play designed for groups who want to move and compete. The venue's layout is the practical advantage: two full courts allow simultaneous play or tournament rotations, and the private room keeps your group together between heats for food, drink, or brief presentations. Book a three-hour session and use the rule of thumb of roughly one hour of play for every ten to fifteen participants to keep lines and substitutions smooth. All play is scheduled by reservation only. A strict height minimum of fifty-four inches is enforced, and the provider classifies Whirlyball as a play-at-your-own-risk activity; people with heart conditions, back or neck problems, pacemakers, and pregnant visitors are advised not to participate. What makes this Novi spot unique in the greater Detroit suburbs is its group-first setup: few indoor recreational venues in the area can host forty people with private rooms and two courts dedicated to a single booking. That scale and the social layout make it an effective choice for team building, bachelor or bachelorette parties, youth groups that meet the height requirement, and corporate events that want an active alternative to a conference room. Plan practical details in advance. Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes with good grip; avoid skirts or overly loose garments that could tangle. Bring a small towel and a refillable water bottle; the play is aerobic and you will sweat. Call ahead for custom quotes if you want catering in the lounge or branded signage for a company event. Because Whirlyball is played indoors, it is reliably available year round, a welcome contrast to Michigan's variable weather. Nearby Novi restaurants and hotels make it easy to build a full weekend itinerary: an evening of high-energy games followed by dinner and drinks keeps groups together and entertained. Whether you want competitive brackets or informal pickup rounds, a private three-hour Whirlyball rental in Novi is a rare, lively option for groups seeking an active, memorable night out. To reserve the space, schedule well in advance—weekend evenings fill quickly—and confirm the height and medical restrictions with the host before booking. If you have a mixed-ability group, ask about running modified rotations or supervised drills so everyone gets play time. Treat the court rental as a single-event campus: plan food, briefings, and awards in the private room too.
