About This Adventure

"Red Dot" optics have become extremely popular for rifles and pistols. In this course, we will discuss and cover the following: *Shooters should already posses safe firearm shooting ability, this is NOT a course for beginners

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Slide mounted "red dot" Firearm, minimum .380 up to .45
  • Holster- Must be worn on the shooters strong side, outside the waistband. The holster must cover the trigger guard and must NOT require the shooter to use their trigger finger to release the firearm from the holster. Ex: Blackhawk Serpa TYPE
  • AMMO- 200 Rounds of factory load/reloads minimum- (More Ammo=More reps)
  • Magazine pouch along with minimum 3 magazines, worn on the shooters waist
  • Eye Protection
  • Hearing Protection, Electronic is recommended *Casual comfortable clothing, flat soled shoes, hat *Food/Water *Folding Chair
  • Great attitude

Adventure Tips

Arrive Early to Complete Safety Briefings

Be sure to arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete mandatory safety orientations before your session.
