Learn how to transform clay from nondescript lumps to beautiful bowls. Learn and work at your own speed. Are you a clay newbie? No problem! Susan will show you the ropes and get you producing pottery in no time. Are you more experienced? Susan can teach you more advanced techniques such as fabricating handles and spouts, fitting lids, trimming appealing and functional bases and more. Our premier offering, monthly classes provide the time to learn the skills of pottery, make several projects from start to finish, and develop a fun camaraderie with your classmates and instructor while doing it. Monthly classes are open to all students, regardless of skill level, unless noted otherwise, and students learn and work at their own pace. Classes meet 4 times a month on Thursday mornings at 9:00am.

Dates and Duration

Classes meet 4 times a month on Monday evenings at 6:00pm. Each class is a 3 hours long.


Rates • Adults - $185 • Students - $150 The price covers 4 three hour classes and vouchers for six unguided hours in a month.

Classes begin the first Thursday of each month and meet 3 hours each Thursday from 9:00am - 12:00pm.


Who can Attend?

Anyone from novice to advanced. Classes are learn at your own pace and laid back. Kids under the age of 13 should inquire by phone.

  • Glaze and firing is included at no additional charge
  • Dress casual – working in clay can be messy!
