Start with a vibrant market tour at Mercado de Bolhão, then learn to create delicious dishes like flame-grilled chorizo and fresh clams. Enjoy your creations with Douro Valley wine and take home recipes and a special bottle for grilling.

Get ready for a culinary experience, demonstration and class focused on Portuguese tapas where you will learn to whip up amazing Tapiscos.
To start, a gastronomic tour of the world-famous Mercado de Bolhão, sourcing the freshest ingredients. After the 10 minute walk to the kitchen at Boutique Maison Canto De Luz, you will enjoy a Barista coffee before getting down to business.
Expect a hands-on session.
After seeing the chef at work, you will make the dishes yourself. Then, enjoy eating the fruits of your labours with a crisp glass Douro Valley wine with your classmates. (Additional wine available for purchase)
Each participant leaves with a goodie bag of recipes and a travel friendly bottle of Aguardente for flame grilling chorizo back home.
