Round trip tickets can be purchased. Ordering instructions: Pick the day and time you are traveling. Pick the number of passengers that are traveling. Put in cart. On the very next page there will be an option to pick the return ticket.

Minors traveling aboard the Jet Express must be accompanied by an adult. Exceptions may be made when certain conditions are met, and these passengers must have Jet Express authorization.

We have 2 parking lots near Port Clinton.

Boarding begins 15 minutes before departure. If you are not in line to board the ferry by 5 minutes before departure you may miss boarding, please plan ahead!

Cancellations
Bookings may be rebooked for any scheduled departure during the 2024 season. Tickets are only valid for the 2024 season. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued if departures are cancelled by the Jet Express due to inclement weather. Any questions or concerns should be directed to 419-732-2800.
