  • 3.5% PROCESSING FEE ON ALL CC/DEBIT TRANSACTIONS. (CASH WELCOME)
  • $500 DAMAGE DEPOSIT REQUIRED AT CHECK-IN
  • CREDIT CARD ON FILE WILL BE USED FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGES TO WATERCRAFT.
  • ALL DRIVERS MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE AND IF BORN AFTER JAN 1, 1989 MUST TAKE BOATERS SAFETY TEST (TEST AVAILABLE ON SITE/$10 FEE).
  • BOATER SAFETY NOT REQUIRED FOR ANYONE BORN 1988 OR EARLIER.
  • ALL DRIVERS MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE, BE INSTRUCTED BY CASTLE ROCK WATERSPORTS STAFF AND SIGN RENTAL AGREEMENT.
  • FOR ALL DAY RENTALS, PLEASE ARRIVE AT YOUR CONVENIENCE. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE PRESENT RIGHT AT 9AM/10AM, BUT PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU PLAN TO ARRIVE AFTER 12PM. ALL DAY RENTALS END AT 6PM, SO PLEASE ENJOY YOUR TIME AS YOU WISH.
  • FOR FUELING RENTALS, PLEASE KNOW THAT YOU CAN UTILIZE THE ENTIRE DURATION OF YOUR RENTAL TIME BEFORE HEADING TO GET FUEL. FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOUR RENTAL TIME IS 10AM-2PM, YOU MUST ARRIVE TO FUEL UP BY 2PM. IF YOUR RENTAL TIME IS 2:30-6:30PM, YOU MUST ARRIVE TO FUEL UP BY 6:30PM.
