About

  • Pole Intro: No upper body strength, no dance experience, maybe you think you need to lose some weight first. Shred all your self-doubts, all you need is to show up. We know you are ready, trust us you never had so much fun working out before.

With each workout, your strength, coordination and flexibility will grow, alongside your self-confidence. In this class, you will learn the fundamentals of pole dance, from walking around the pole to the first spins, climbs and sits. All Pole Dance classes start with a warm-up, continue with developing skills on the pole and end with a cool-down stretch.

  • Beginner: You got these pole basics down and are now ready to get them perfected and expanded. In this class, you will learn a bit more complex spins and tricks, all the way up to basic inversions, while building up the necessary strength to get you upside down safely. You don’t know it yet, but Spinning Pole and you, are about to become best friends.

This class will leave you amazed by how many impressive moves you can do by now. To move to the next level, you should be competent in spinning climb, cross ankle release, basic inverts and leg hang.

  • Intermediate: Okay, you definitely know your way around the pole! One-handed spins feel safe and you are comfortable climbing all the way up. You have mastered the basic techniques of inversions, and are now ready for our intermediate class.

Here you will learn a series of upside-down tricks where you hold onto the pole by hooking on with 2-3 points on your body. The spins become more dynamic and the combos more complex. We will be working on moves like aerial invert, butterfly, leg switches, as well as preparation for drops, shoulder-mount & more.

We recommend at least 2 classes per week at this level. To move to the next level you should feel confident in the execution of all intermediate tricks taught – on both sides. In addition, you should be confident on the Spinning Pole, even when executing longer combos.
