- Must be 21 years or older to drive. Valid driver’s license required.
- There is a $1,500 damage deposit required on a major credit card per unit at the time of your reservation.
- SXS Riding can be dangerous. Accidents and injuries can occur. Renters are riding at their own risk. Liability waivers must be signed upon arrival.
- Renter is responsible for all damages incurred to the ATV/UTV while in the renter’s possession.
