Welcome to Siena! While in Siena, you will be able to walk along the small medieval streets admiring the palaces, the Cathedral and its Baptistery, famous for the beautiful frescoes. And the 13th century Cathedral, Il Duomo, is an architectural beauty with its greenish-black and white bands of colored marble. In the chapel of the left transept is a glass box containing the arm of John the Baptist, said to be the one used to baptize Christ.
