About This Adventure

Embark on a thrilling pirate-themed scavenger hunt in Charleston, retracing the footsteps of the 1718 Pirate Siege. As you search for essential items to aid the pirates' escape, you'll immerse yourself in the Golden Age of Piracy. Will you succeed, or will you uncover the fate of those who failed?

This Pirate themed scavenger hunt is the first self guided experience in Charleston to replay the very real Pirate Siege of Charles Towne in May of 1718. Guests will walk the same footsteps and visit site that were around during the Golden Age of Piracy. Your goal on this hunt is to find items the pirate need to make ready their escape before local authorities are alerted to their presence. If you finish the scavenger hunt in time, you will escape. If not however, your fate will be sealed and you will discover at the end what happened to the pirates that did not make it out of Charles Towne in time!
