All fitness levels are welcome. Certified instructor Janice Broda provides modifications throughout the class to ensure it’s accessible and effective for beginners and experienced participants. You’ll need to bring a yoga mat and small hand weights if you’d like to add resistance.
Janice is trained in classical and West Coast Pilates and brings dance and strength training elements into her thoughtfully designed sessions. Each class is crafted to leave you feeling stronger, longer, and more aligned, both inside and out.
