Adventure Tips

Wear Water Shoes

Secure footing is crucial—non-slip water shoes protect your feet on slippery rocks during breaks and river entry.

Stay Hydrated

Bring a reusable water bottle; hydration is important, especially after intense paddling and active swimming stops.

Dress for Variable Weather

Layered clothing works best because river conditions and air temperature can shift quickly throughout the day.
