We are excited you have selected Demarest Farm for your field trip destination! The school group minimum is 20 people and reservations are required. School group reservations run Monday-Friday excluding holidays. A $100 deposit or Purchase Order number is required to reserve. PYO Pumpkins is $20 per person. All teachers, chaperones, parents and guests attending the field trip must pay admission. This includes any size pumpkin you select, hayride, visit to petting zoo and play area, a cup of fresh pressed cider and an apple cider donut.
Fields can be muddy or uneven, so sturdy shoes will keep kids safe and comfortable during pumpkin picking and hayrides.
While cider is provided, staying hydrated is important, especially for younger kids active throughout the day.
To secure the freshest and largest pumpkins, plan to arrive early in the day before the farm gets busy.
Petting zoo interactions should be monitored to ensure safe and gentle handling of animals by students.
