Moderate: you’ll kayak several kilometers (in tandem), hike about 1.5 km over uneven trail, and swim in an underground pool — a reasonable level of fitness is required.
Yes — the operator supplies helmets fitted with torches; bringing a small personal headlamp or spare batteries can be helpful.
Not recommended; swimming in the underground lake is part of the itinerary and you should be comfortable in water and wearing a life jacket.
