Whether you want to try Open Water Swimming for the first time, improve your technique or train for an event, come along to Sibson Lake and join other like minded people on the water.
These sessions are open to all swimmers aged 12+ who are able to swim the 400 metre course unaided and are confident in open water. Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult in the water.
You can swim on a Wednesday evening from 5:00pm - 7:00pm and Saturday morning from 7:30am - 9:30am between May to September.
Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your session to complete check-in and gear preparations.

Changing rooms are available, but showers are not, so plan accordingly.
