As you travel through the typical landscapes you will reach Perugia, World famous for its chocolate productions. Once in Perugia you will see the Maggiore Fountain, the gothic Basilica of San Lorenzo and the Town Hall within Palazzo dei Priori.

Perugia is also known for chocolate production and chocolate related events as the “Eurochocolate“. It takes place every year in October, attracting thousands of chocolate lovers and enthusiasts from all over the World. After Perugia, a private wine tasting in an ancient Castle!

An ancient Etruscan settlement, turned into a winery. This exclusive locations is one of the most famous and ancient wineries in Italy. The vineyards are dated 217 b. C. And the winemakers have great consideration of respecting the environment, and have applied eco-friendly solutions to create superb wines. As part of the experience, we will arrange a private eco-tour of the vineyards, that you will visit with off-road golf carts.

After the golf cart tour, you will take a guided tour of winery, the chambers where wine is made, cellars and an illustration of the aging system. Time for a tasting! Relax and unwind on the beautiful terrace overlooking the Umbrian region. You’ll taste a selection of the best wines, and sample some bruschettas with unfiltered olive oil and a selection of local delicacies.

At the end of the tour, you’ll enjoy a wonderful trip back to your hotel in Rome.
