Admissions are typically not included; the tour provides guided visits and stops but guests should budget for entrance fees and any optional ferry rides.
Expect short to moderate walks at each archaeological site—usually 30–60 minutes per stop—over uneven ground and stone steps.
Children are welcome and infant seats are available; visitors with limited mobility should note that some ruins have steep, uneven paths and limited accessibility.
The route links Bronze Age Mycenae (featured in Homeric epics) with the first modern capital of Greece, Nafplion; the Corinth Canal was cut in 1880–1893 to shorten maritime routes.
Archaeological sites are fragile—stay on marked paths, avoid touching exposed reliefs, and support local guides and businesses to keep conservation efforts funded.
