09:00 Leave Douglas for St Johns

09:30 Stop at St Johns

10:00 Leave for Peel

10:15 Peel stop for coffee if required, Castle, fishing industry and internment

10:45 Leave Peel

11:00 Stop at Knockaloe Visitors Centre WW1 Internment

11:45 Short stop at Niarbyl, WW2 bunkers and fault line on the beach

12:00 Leave Niarbyl for the south and Castletown

12:30 Arrive at the Sound. Seals and the Calf of Man lunch or snack break as required

13:00 Mull Hill Neolithic Circle and Cregneash Village

13:30 Leave for Douglas via Castletown
