You step out of the São Conrado meeting point and feel the city slide behind you as the shuttle climbs toward the Tijuca ridge. The trail opens into a green, sun-dappled corridor; birds punctuate the slope while the rock ahead rises to about 690 meters and dares you to keep going. The guide sets the pace—steady, conversational—and the camera clicks become part of the rhythm.

The climb is rated easy for beginners: about 40 minutes up on a well-marked path with some uneven footing; guided pacing makes it accessible.
Meet at the São Conrado meeting point; the tour provides a shuttle from there to the trail entrance included in the schedule.
