Barcelona's waterfront pulses with the energy of its historic port and shimmering Mediterranean waves, making it a compelling stage for life's most memorable moments. Velaris Charter S.L., operating from Pg. de Joan de Borbó, 103 in Ciutat Vella, offers a distinct experience for couples seeking to elevate their marriage proposal into an extraordinary celebration on the water.
This private catamaran journey begins at Marina Vela, just steps from the iconic Hotel Vela on Barceloneta Beach. Guests are greeted with a glass of cava and light snacks before settling on the spacious decks. The catamaran's bow invites intimacy—a large pillow and nets provide ideal lounging spots where the city's skyline and historic Port Vell unfold in panoramic view.
The sail transitions from the city's bustling harbor to open sea, timed perfectly for sunset. The captain carefully positions the vessel to create an intimate setting against a backdrop of golden light and vibrant waters. Couples can coordinate personalized music to underscore the moment, while a professional photographer discreetly captures every expression and embrace. Adding to the occasion’s elegance, a bouquet of fresh flowers and a champagne toast are included, allowing partners to savor their "yes" under Barcelona’s fading daylight.
Velaris Charter's package combines thoughtful details with the freedom to personalize, reinforcing its reputation as a unique fixture in Barcelona’s maritime leisure scene. This experience marries romance with regional culture—the Gothic Quarter and Maremagnum serve as historic landmarks glimpsed from the sea, rooting your celebration deeply in place.
Ideal for those who want to blend adventure with emotion, the "Pedida de mano en catamarán" highlights Barcelona’s dynamic coast while letting the magic of the Mediterranean craft an unforgettable narrative of love.
