What’s Provided?
Depending on availability on a first come first served basis, pouches, helmets, and cup holders can be provided upon request. Locks must be paid for.
What to Bring?
- Rental confirmation either printer or on your mobile phone.
- Appropriate biking apparel and shoes.
- Sunscreen is recommended on hot days.
- Bring your own water or purchase one of our water bottles at our shop.
Where to Park?
We have complimentary underground parking for our amazing customers. The entrance is on S Catalina Ave. Please park here to avoid parking issues the day of your rental.

We do our very best to keep our electric fleet in optimal conditions for our amazing customers. However, we cannot guarantee the range on these batteries. We provide the manufacturer's or companies' advertised range on their websites. Batteries degrade after some time and range might be lower than advertised. If we provide you with a fully charged battery the day of your rental, we are not responsible if you run out of battery while riding. Our employees are trained to show you a fully charged battery before take off, and to give you instructions on how to preserve your battery so you're not left stranded or have to pedal back. Thank you for your understanding.
