A partire da farina e uovo realizziamo insieme la nostra pasta fresca di tradizione. A seguire, con il basilico di Genova Prà, prepariamo insieme il pesto al mortaio. Cuciniamo la pasta e uniamo al pesto preparato per realizzare una “pasta & pesto” eccezionale da gustare con un calice di vino Ligure, acqua e una dolce sorpresa finale.
