Step aboard at the Georgetown waterfront and the city unfurls around you: the Potomac slides like a silver ribbon, the Lincoln Memorial catches the light, and the city’s skyline leans in to watch. On this double-decker party yacht the river feels less like a route and more like a stage—top-deck wind teasing hair, indoor cabin pulsing with music, and a DJ setting a steady beat as monuments pass by.
