A low-slung Citroën 2CV hums to life in front of the Palais Garnier as amber streetlamps and window displays begin to pulse. You sink into a leather seat, the city folding past—Arc de Triomphe’s stone glinting, the Champs-Élysées moving like a ribbon of light, the Seine daring you to look away. The driver threads quiet side streets and grand boulevards, and Paris shows itself in two rhythms: monumental and intimate.
