Observers: - $35 Observers are on a space available basis and can not be reserved or guaranteed. If there is space available on the boat at the time of departure we are more than happy to accommodate observers.

Cancelation Policy

We have a 24-hour, 50% non-refundable cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation, if you are late and miss the boat, or you do not show up for your reservation, you will be charged 50% of your total. If you arrive with less people than scheduled you will be charged 50% of the total for the people not there. If your trip gets cancelled due to weather, you will not be charged and we hope to accomodate you at a later date. The weather severity will be determined by the captain and the decision to cancel because of inclement weather can only be made by the captain.
