A humid dawn lifts over limestone spires as an air‑conditioned minivan threads the narrow road into Phong Nha–Ke Bang. Jungle leans close; karst towers cut silhouettes against a pale sky. At Paradise Cave a short golf‑cart ride and a steep climb deliver you to the mouth — a yawning, dry cathedral of stone where a wooden walkway guides visitors through the cave’s first illuminated kilometer.

Suitable for people in regular physical condition who can climb short stair sections, walk uneven wooden walkways, and swim short distances.
The tour runs about 9 hours and includes hotel pickup/drop‑off, park fees, lunch, bottled water, guide, equipment (helmet with light, life jacket, harness) and insurance for cave activities.
Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries or pregnant guests; some activities have height or weight limits—children under ~1.3 m are not advised to enter the mud bath portion.
If you’re outside the 40–90 kg window you can take a kayak to the cave mouth instead of zipping, so you still participate in the Dark Cave experience.
Bottled water and lunch are provided; bring snacks only if you need specific dietary items and inform the operator of vegetarian or vegan requirements in advance.
