About This Adventure

Join us for a unique Mother's Day experience at The Cat Cafe! On May 11th, unleash your creativity with artist Donna Pilkington as you paint your pet. Afterward, meet adorable adoptable cats and support a great cause. Create a memorable gift while helping find homes for furry friends!

Are you looking for a Mother's Day gift that's truly one of a kind? Then join SD Met 11th grade intern Kloe and our resident artist Donna Pilkington for Paint Your Pet.

This one time event will take place on Saturday, May 11th from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at The Cat Cafe. After painting your pet, you'll get to meet the clowder of adoptable cats between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM.

Help our dedicated intern, artist and The Cat Cafe send more adoptable cats to good homes while you create a unique Mother's Day gift.

Adventure Tips

Bring a clear photo of your pet

Having a recent, clear photo will help guide your painting and capture your pet’s true personality.

Wear comfortable clothing

You might get a little paint on your clothes, so dress accordingly or bring an apron.

Arrive early to meet adoptable cats

Give yourself extra time before the workshop to visit the cats and learn about adopting.
