Volunteering is a great way to promote safe access to Bellingham Bay by creating opportunities to learn, socialize, and recreate.

Volunteer Appreciation Program

It takes a village, earn rewards by helping us out!

You get what you put in:

  • 2 hours of volunteer service earn a $20 boat rental coupon.
    - These will be issued in the first week of the month and will be emailed to you.

  • Earned volunteer credits or coupons can be donated to select nonprofit partners, or family and friends.

Reach your hourly goals and receive benefits:

  • 3hrs = CBC sticker and access to the CBC volunteer rental code

  • 10hrs =Invitation to all volunteer appreciation BBQs

  • 20hrs = CBC t-shirt OR hat and your name and picture in our volunteer “Yearbook” (optional)

  • 40hrs = Standby pass for any skills class vacancies

  • 50hrs = Human Powered Season Pass

  • 60hrs = Dinghy Plus Season Pass

  • 80hrs = Keelboat Season Pass

  • 100 = Volunteer Extraordinaire Award
