5-6 Hours on the water
This trip has Class 1 shoals that add excitement to your trip, but are easily done by novice paddlers. All paddlers are offered the use of a waterproof, cell phone holder for this trip so that they can snap photos. Meet at the Pope’s Ferry Boat Ramp. You'll be shuttled at the end of the paddle on our bus from Amerson River Park North back up to the put in at Popes Ferry in Monroe County for your 5-6 hour float of the Ocmulgee.
