A low tide opens a green corridor: your kayak slips into a narrow estuary, mangrove roots arching like low bridges while birds shift and call above. Salt and damp earth hang in the air; the paddle’s rhythm is the only sound besides the occasional fish slapping the bay. In these three hours you move quietly through Curú’s protected mangrove, where access by kayak reveals wildlife that usually hides from louder motorboats.
