Nothing to be nervous about with our excellent ACA certified guides and the fun programs we run during our lessons. This 90 minute detailed lesson will have you learning the correct body mechanics, how to utilize different muscles, agility on the board, and what locations on the board will benefit you the most. We play fun games and incorporate some pretty interesting competitions to make it an absolutely amazing day on the water.
What's included
ACA Certified Guide, paddle board rental, life preserver, and paddle. Phone-sized dry bags for you to keep!
What to bring
Sunscreen/sun protection, snacks, water, swimwear or clothing that you don’t mind getting wet!
