It's a sport that anyone can practice without restrictions. Stand-up paddleboarding has numerous health and wellness benefits and fosters a connection with nature. Blue Xperiences provides a certified level 2 stand-up paddle instructor, trained at the Asi Academy of Surfing International, who will guide you through balancing and paddling on a large, stable, and easy-to-handle paddleboard, as well as instruct you on safety and best practices for the sport. The sunrise tour at Benagil beach occurs when conditions are calm and away from crowds, lasting approximately up to 2 hours, with high-quality photos from a GoPro included.
