About This Adventure

Experience a unique blend of paddleboarding and yoga in this 1.5-hour class on the stunning Folly River. Under the guidance of instructor Kate Bockrath, you'll learn basic paddleboarding skills before flowing through yoga poses surrounded by beautiful wildlife, including native birds and playful dolphins.   • We are excited to get you out on the water to experience SUP like you never have before! This 1.5 hour class includes basic paddleboarding instruction and a full on-water yoga class with instructor Liz Ashley.

What to Bring

  • flip flops or water shoes (required), water bottle, sunblock, swim suit or yoga style cloths that can get wet.

Plan to arrive 15 minutes before your class to park and get settled before meeting your guide.
