2 Hour - 7 Day Rentals

About

Everyone loves exploring our local creeks by SUP! But keep in mind: Charleston can be pretty windy in some months which makes paddle boarding a little tougher than kayaking. We suggest booking a SUP rental in the morning (this is typically when the winds are not as strong). Either way, with our tides, be ready to get in a workout!

All rentals include paddles, Coast guard approved PDF’s (lifejackets), a detailed map of the local waterways, preliminary safety rundown, a waterproof bag for personal belongings and all necessary information about the weather and tides.

Children under 18 must get adult consent and we suggest only children 12+ operating a SUP by themselves

Adventure Tips

Time Your Paddle Early

Morning paddles usually encounter lighter winds, making board control easier and your trip more enjoyable.

Check Tide Schedules

Tides strongly influence water depth and current speed on the Folly River; plan accordingly for safe navigation.

Wear Reef-Safe Sunscreen

Protect yourself and the fragile wetlands environment by using eco-friendly sunscreen products.

Stay Hydrated and Bring Snacks

Longer rental options mean you’ll want to stay fueled; bring water and easy-to-carry snacks in your waterproof bag.
