Enjoy the unique experience of paddling to a pub, with all equipment provided. Safety and fun await at the Paddle Cabin—your adventure starts here!

Hire paddleboards from us to create your own self guided adventures. Explore the River Medway by board or paddle to the pub on your own or with your friends and family. We will set you up with your hire and see you off from our jetty at the Paddle Cabin.

We ask that all paddlers have experience paddleboarding, know the river etiquette, are able to self- rescue and are comfortable in the water so they can be safe on their adventures. If you aren’t quite ready, book on to a lesson with us first to get you started.

Paddle to the Pub

If you wish to paddle to The Boathouse and back, please ensure you book a minimum 3 hour hire. It's not possible to achieve this in 2 hours.

Please note

  • The minimum age for board hire is 12 years old, and a responsible adult must be on the water with any under 18s
  • If you have not paddleboarded before, we ask that you join one of our Paddleboarding Lessons first to ensure your safety and enjoyment on the water
  • If you plan to self launch your own board alongside our board hire, you will need to sign up to our Paddle Cabin Adventure Membership to do so. Save time by signing up before you arrive - we do not do day passes.
