Stand Up Paddle Boarding? It’s exactly what it sounds like. There’s a board, a paddle and a lot of water. The question is how long can you stay standing.
Test your balance, challenge you're mates and try not to fall in!
Your birthday party starts at out Adventure Base in Bearsden (Next to West End Outdoors). We kit you out with all the safety gear, then we hand you a paddle and point you towards your stand up paddle board and off you go.
Don't worry though, our friendly instructors are with you throughout the whole session just in case you go for a swim.
What is Provided Wetsuits are provided. We have access to changing facilities.
What to Bring Please bring a change of clothes along with a towel. A swimming costume is ideal for under your wetsuit. Wear clothes that can get wet!
