Find your Aqua-Zen in one of our SUP Yoga classes; YES! Paddle Board Yoga! We were the first to bring this unique experience to Delmarva.
In the Dewey Beach area, we partner with local YOGA instructors to offer SUP Yoga classes seasonally from June thru September.
Min. Group size for group rate class to hold is 3.
VIP BYOB - You must have a leash string on the tail of your board and your must bring your own safety equipment and anchor.
We pre-collect gratuity for the friendly dock staff, who do all the cleaning and heavy lifting for you.
If you are a yoga instructor and you would like to bring you own SUP YOGA group, please call us to make a rental reservation. The rental rate is $29 per board. There is a 10% discount for private groups of 10 or more.
Please tell us if your group is a bachelorette party. Bachelorette Parties are Private and are $60 per person.
Other date and time may be available for the private rate.
Adventure Tips
Arrive Early for Equipment Setup
Give yourself 10–15 minutes before class to get comfortable on your board and familiarize yourself with the gear.
