• Rider must be 21 years of age with a valid motorcycle license. If someone rents a Polaris Slingshot, they do not need a valid motorcycle license if they travel within the state of New Hampshire, however if they go to Maine or Massachusetts a valid motorcycle license is required. Rider and passenger must be in proper riding gear including DOT approved helmet, closed toe shoes and pants. Seacoast Indian does not offer helmet rentals.
• Damage Waiver Program: All rentals include a $20 upgrade to Premier Protection with a maximum out of pocket expense of $750 in the event of damage or theft of the motorcycle while in possession of renter.
• Renter is responsible for reporting mechanical failures immediately. The renter is responsible for any damage to the motorcycle as outlines in the Damage Waiver Program signed at time of rental.
• A late fee of $50/hour is incurred for every hour past designated drop off time
• Motorcycle will be rented with a full tank of gas and must be returned with a full tank of gas. The renter will be charged $25 if the vehicle is returned without a full tank of gas.
• Customer will be given a brief orientation to the motorcycle. It is the renter's responsibility to be fully comfortable with operation of the motorcycle and be knowledgeable of applicable state laws prior to taking the vehicle off the dealership lot.
