Experience a luxurious night immersed in the peaceful serenity of the forest by spending the evening in one of our exclusive Aurora wilderness cabins. Located 1.5 km from our main camp, our five Aurora cabins are nestled in a tranquil spot deep in the wilderness. Your guide will accompany you through the woods to the cabins, ensuring you settle in comfortably. From late August to early April, there’s a chance to witness the stunning beauty of the stars or even the Northern Lights. Take a walk through the woods, or relax inside the cabin, where one wall features a large window and even a skylight, giving you the perfect view of the night sky (although the Northern Lights are not guaranteed). Each cabin is equipped with an eco-toilet, a small sink with a water tank for hand washing, and a pellet stove that provides warmth. There’s also a USB socket powered by a small generator to charge your devices. Nearby, the “Metsola” wooden house offers breakfast and other meals, with space for up to 20 guests. A traditional Finnish wood-heated sauna is also close to the cabins, available for private bookings at an additional cost for 1.5-hour sessions. The sauna includes towels, bathrobes, sauna hats, bench linen, and handmade ecological soap, providing a perfect way to relax and unwind during your wilderness retreat.
