Expect about 2 hours to Naivasha/Hell’s Gate from Nairobi depending on traffic, then roughly 1–1.5 hours to Nakuru after Naivasha; the return to Nairobi is about 3 hours.
Bikes are provided for the guided 2-hour ride; terrain is mostly flat gravel but requires basic bike handling and attention to loose stones.
