Start your day with tranquility at Surflogiet's morning yoga sessions, featuring diverse styles like Yin, Hatha, Mana, and Vinyasa. Enjoy guided meditation, breathing exercises, and the option to practice outdoors by the beach. Each class concludes with a refreshing coffee or tea, making it a perfect morning ritual.
At Surflogiet we offer daily morning yoga, so you can start your day with a relaxed body and mind. We offer different kinds of yoga such as Yin, Hatha, Mana and Vinyasa. Read about the different typs down below.

YIN YOGA & VINYASA FLOW - Wilma Alm

Yin Yoga is a gentle form of yoga where we use various props to support the body. You enter the poses with about 60% of your capacity and allow the body to rest for 5-7 minutes without changing position. Slowly, you will go deeper into the pose. We move slowly and try to be as mindful as possible. As in all forms of yoga, it is important to listen to your body, in yin yoga we want to access the body's fascia/connective tissue, instead of the muscles. Breathing exercises and guided meditations may occur.
Vinyasa is a form of yoga with a slightly faster pace and transitions. We move from one yoga position directly into another as we want to create a smooth flow. Sun salutations may occur but may look different than in Hatha yoga. As the instructor, I am mostly on the mat during this class so if you are unsure about a position, you can always look up at me. This is a class that may be somewhat challenging for a beginner, but after a few sessions, you will get into the flow.
MANA YOGA - Matilda Bjerlestam

Mana Yoga is a calm, meditative, and therapeutic form of Kundalini yoga. This yoga and meditation reduce stress, release deep-seated tensions, and provide the very best conditions for self-healing. The yoga consists of breathing exercises, gentle movements, relaxation, and meditation. The purpose of the practice is to alleviate symptoms and also to understand the root cause of any potential ill health.
HATHA YOGA - Martina Cederqvist
w. 26, 27, 29, 30 & 31 Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9.30 am
In Hatha Yoga we use soft movement and build strength and stability in a therapeutic way. A warming class to bring life into the body and peace for the mind to set you up for the rest of the day. The class is always mindfully sequenced to build up to a specific pose or theme.
VINYASA FLOW - Unn Dahlman
w. 26-32 Saturday 8.00 am
Vinyasa is a form of yoga with a slightly faster pace and transitions. We move from one yoga position directly into another as we want to create a smooth flow. MORE INFO: On sunny days we do yoga outdoors close the beach, and in other weather conditions the yoga is held in the workshop tent next to the sauna.
You can borrow all the equipment you need for your yoga session such as mats, yoga blocks, pillows & blankets at Surflogiet.
