Experience a unique blend of gentle yoga and sauna relaxation at Nordic Night Sauna + Fields and Flora Gardens. Led by skilled instructor Ashley Becker, this outdoor session invites you to invigorate your body and mind amidst nature. Bring your mat and water for a rejuvenating hour of movement and mindfulness.

Bring some gentle yoga movement before a sauna session to invigorate your body and prepare your mind. Or take advantage of your already warmed up muscles post sauna sesh and dive into some juicy yoga poses to enhance your sauna experience.
*Sauna session not included. Book the 5pm or 7:30 sauna session to combine yoga + sauna!
This offering will be outside at Nordic Night Sauna + Fields and Flora Gardens. Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and comfortable clothing for outdoor movement.
Our first Yoga in the Garden will be led by the fabulous Ashley Becker. A note from Ashley- "I am a 200-hour registered yoga teacher and have taught yoga for the past 3 years at several different places in town. At my very first sauna session at Nordic night I brought my yoga mat and thoroughly enjoyed moving my body in response to my sauna time. I found both practices to be so complimentary in body and mind."
When you arrive, make your way back to the geodesic dome. A host will greet you and get you checked in. You’ll be shown where to place your belongings and how to access the bathrooms inside Farmshed if needed.

Pack light and leave any valuables at home. There are no lockers on-site and limited space for keeping your personal items. Nordic Night is not responsible for any items that are brought with you to your session.
There is a small concrete patio space that fits 6-8 people + garden spaces for those that would like to experience yoga nestled next to the flowers.
If you have limited mobility or any concern about your ability to safely navigate steps, uneven surfaces, or benches without handrails, please reach out to us in advance. We are always happy to work together to determine if the space is accessible for you and if modifications can be made. Please contact us if you have questions.
