Beginner Yoga is a combination of stretching, strengthening and breathing exercises at a slow pace, to help you learn yoga poses that can improve your mind, body and spirit. This class requires no experience with yoga or exercise. We start with easy basic moves and modifications to help you feel more confident and comfortable with yoga.
Come 10 minutes before class starts to familiarize yourself with the studio and get comfortable.
Choose stretchy, breathable clothes that allow ease of movement during poses.
While mats may be available, bringing your own ensures hygiene and better grip.
